Special Ed Support & Support Services

The Special Education and Support Services staff specializes in providing special education services, implementation of Section 504 Plans, school nurse services, school psychological services, speech services and various designated instruction services for students enrolled at any of our Alternative Education sites around Kern County.

Our staff consults with the students, parents, teachers, staff and outside agencies to ensure that students with disabilities are provided with the services, accommodations and/or modifications identified in the Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504 Plan.

School Nurse and Psychological Services are provided for all students enrolled with Community or Juvenile Court School sites around Kern County.
